Suspension or Withdrawal of Certificates
Withdrawal of a certificate of competence will only be undertaken in the event of gas safety related concerns, these could be for any number of reasons such as, but not limited to, assessment centre malpractice, candidate cheating having come to light, serious gas safety concerns raised against the certificated individual.

Complaints and Appeals
Candidates shall exhaust the assessment centres own complaints procedure where the complaint relates to centre conduct/performance if the outcome is then felt by the complainant to not have been properly addressed then it should be escalated to ACL in writing giving reasons for the complaint and outlining the expected outcome/resolution.
